A nutritionally balanced base for smoothies.

  • Protein powder, 30 g
  • Flaxseed, 10 g
  • Hemp hearts, 5 g
  • Creatine monohydrate, 5 g

Combine.

Made with help from Claude. Works well to make in batches; each smoothie uses 50 g.

Combine and blend.

  • Soy milk, 250 g
  • Frozen fruit, 100 g
  • Frozen spinach, 25 g
  • Bananas, 1
  • Lemon, 5 g Juiced.

Add ingredients to blender, then add smoothie mix.

Blend.
