Make smoothie mix.
Smoothie Mix
โ- Protein powder, 30 g
- Flaxseed, 10 g
- Hemp hearts, 5 g
- Creatine monohydrate, 5 g
Combine.
Combine and blend.
- Soy milk, 250 g
- Frozen fruit, 100 g
- Frozen spinach, 25 g
- Bananas, 1
- Lemon, 5 g Juiced.
Add ingredients to blender, then add smoothie mix.
Blend.
